Donation Requests

Thank you for thinking of us for your fundraising activity.We regard charitable activities as an integral part of the company’s social responsibility however due to the high volume of donation requests we receive on a weekly basis, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them all.

To keep things fair, we now hold a monthly draw where a request will be chosen at random on the last day of every month. As children are at the heart and soul of The Cocoabean Company, we ask that donation requests be in the name of local charities and fundraisers that focus on improving the lives of children and young people.

To enter into the monthly draw please complete the Donation Request form located below. Only requests submitted in this way will be entered in to the draw. We will contact you if your request has been successful.

As this is a monthly draw, please ensure you contact us with your request 6 – 8 weeks in advance.
